why do casino reviews never talk about slow customer support?

i've noticed this too. every time i read a review, they go on about bonuses and games, maybe a bit on withdrawals, but almost never mention how long it takes to get a response from support. for me, if i have an issue, waiting hours or even a day can ruin the whole experience. especially with crypto sites, i've been left hanging for ages before.

seems like slow customer support would be a dealbreaker for a lot of folks, but the reviews just skip over it. not sure if it’s just not sexy enough to mention or if people are so used to it they don’t even care anymore. anyone else deal with this?

I always treat glowing reviews that ignore bad support as a red flag. Got burned once on a site with flashy promos but support went silent when a slot jammed during a bonus round. Trust drops fast when nobody answers, even if the odds look great.

whenever a site needs ages to verify you or crashes mid-session, support response time ends up being the last straw. i always scan reviews for these flags, but it's like everyone's stuck on talking up bonuses.

Sitting in a sportsbook chat queue for hours is brutal. Reviews gloss over it but crypto casino support is usually just slow bots and radio silence. Makes chasing a payout feel like waiting for roulette to hit red twenty times in a row.

i get the frustration but it’s weird how most review sites still ignore basic stuff like weak encryption and steep withdrawal minimums too. feels like they’re pitching games for thrill value instead of protecting your bankroll for the long haul.

What bugs me even more is when a site’s navigation is so confusing you need support just to find help.

Last time I had a blackjack dispute on a crypto site, support took so long to respond I started second-guessing if my balance would just vanish. You can recover from a bad beat, but not from feeling stonewalled when real money’s on the line.
