why some casinos pay people to leave positive reviews

yeah it makes sense if you think about it, nobody really wants to jump into a casino that’s got no buzz or bad vibes. new players are gonna read a few reviews, just like picking a restaurant. so there’s a motive to keep up that shiny image, especially online. paying for happy reviews can tilt the scales and build trust where maybe it shouldn’t exist yet. in a way it’s risk management, but not the kind i like.

the weird thing is i get the pressure - when you’re up against 50 other sites with “perfect service” stars and heart emojis, you feel left behind if you don’t play along. but i keep thinking about how that skews the real risk for players. if all you see are happy endings, you’re not prepared for the variance. it’s like roulette with double zeros but the wheel is painted to hide them. so does anybody here actually trust glowing reviews anymore or do you look for the awkward low-star ones first like i do?
