are smaller sportsbooks getting better than the big ones

seeing a lot of chatter about how some smaller sportsbooks are starting to edge out the big names, at least for specific sports or markets. they aren’t offering crazy promos, but i’m noticing sharper lines, quicker withdrawal times, and sometimes even friendlier limits for stuff like obscure prop bets or lesser-followed leagues. almost makes me wonder if being leaner is helping them make decisions faster and actually listen to bettors a little more. the trade-off is i’m also seeing more wonky site downtime and some limits getting hit quicker when a line gets hammered, probably since their risk team’s just smaller or less experienced.
