is it safer to go with big brands or can smaller casinos be fine too

I get why people stick with the well-known names since they seem more stable and there’s usually less hassle if something goes wrong. At the same time, some smaller casinos offer way better promos and sometimes their odds or slot RTP are higher. I’ve had a mix of good and bad experiences on both sides, honestly.
