Crypto casino tax implications: how do you even report winnings to the government.

I've been wondering how everyone handles taxes on crypto casino wins. It's confusing since the money kind of lives in two places at once. My usual cash-out method is straight to my own wallet and then to my bank if I need it, but I'm never sure at which point it actually counts as income. Is it when you win the bet, when you move the coins out of the casino, or only when you sell it for dollars or euros?

If you’re in a country that actually expects you to report this stuff, what details do you give? Are people just keeping spreadsheets of every spin and bonus, or is there a less crazy way to stay organized?

for me it clicked when i realized it only matters to the tax man when crypto turns into fiat in your bank, not when you win in the slots. i just jot down dates and amounts for every withdrawal to dollars. never tried tracking every spin, that sounds like pure misery.
