bc.game dice bet history missing the roll where multiplier hit.

I just had a weird thing happen in my dice game session. My bet history shows every single roll except the one where my multiplier finally hit a big one. I had the provably fair tab open and everything, but now that record is just gone. All the rolls before and after are there, but not the main one that actually mattered. I swear this isn't me misclicking, because my balance jumped up the exact amount, just no bet listed in the record.

Is this a normal glitch with these platforms, or is there a good way to track down what happened? Feels weird not seeing the best roll show up. Looking for advice from anyone who's had this happen before or knows a way to pull up a better log.
