Live dealer minimum bets: why are they sometimes so high

noticing lately a lot of live dealer tables have way higher minimums than the RNG games, even at off-peak times. like, i get it during high traffic, but it’s creeping up across the board. some crypto sites used to have $1-2 min for blackjack or roulette and now you’re lucky to see $5, sometimes even $10 as a minimum on any live table. is this just about covering the streaming costs or are they purposely making it harder for low stakes players to stretch their bankroll?

i’ve seen a few newer platforms offer low stakes or micro tables, but those always fill up super fast and there’s no option to wait-list or jump in mid-shoe. starting to think if you’re not a higher roller, you’re pushed towards the auto games. not a huge deal since those work fine but doesn’t hit the same vibe as playing with a real dealer and chat. anyone have other workarounds, or maybe a site type that doesn’t always bump up the live minimums?

low min tables vanish fast, bankroll management gets trickier when your only choices are $10 a hand. anyone ever try netbet for live games or is their confusing lobby a dealbreaker?

one workaround i lean on is hunting sites that run timed 'happy hour' promos where min bets drop, even if just for an hour or so - caught this at leo vegas last month on live roulette and it helped stretch my sessions. has anyone had luck finding recurring micro tables outside promo windows?

Most promos and deposit bonuses exclude live tables or set high wagering rules, which quietly nudges low stakes players out. Ever notice how micro-limit tables almost never count for bonus play?

it’s part streaming costs but honestly ego from platforms drives this too, chasing the big bet crowd instead of loyalty from regulars. have you ever seen a slot game yank its lowest spin just because it’s 2am and the whales are asleep?

ran into the same squeeze, especially after bet365 roulette showed wonky odds displays last week. i stick to auto-roulette for stretches but nothing matches that live dealer chat energy.

That bet365 layout threw me too, especially with no clear terms. Have you ever tried NetBet’s live blackjack or did the random freezes kill it for you?

feel this on the chat energy, rng can’t touch it. odd workaround but sometimes wheel of fortune lobbies (not the main spins, the weird mini side rooms) have lower min live tables hiding in plain sight, just brutal on the payout speed if you hit anything big.
