why do some live dealer rooms have random cash out delays

was playing roulette in a couple different live rooms last night and noticed something that happens off and on - after a decent win, the cashout just gets stuck in limbo for like 5-10 mins, sometimes longer. no clear reason, just hangs there. saw it both when i was up small and after hitting a nice chunk, so it’s not just big wins. but weird part is, other bets and spins keep running fine for everyone else at the table. checked my connection, no issues my side.

feels like it’s intentional sometimes, almost like the system is slow walking payouts for no reason. started making me wonder if there’s an algorithm that flags certain win streaks or something else happening behind the scenes? or is it just random backend traffic? i don’t mind waiting but it messes with my head when i’m adjusting bets and watching the screen freeze right when it’s time to cash out. anyone else getting this or am i just too deep in the stats mindset lately?
