noticed some live dealer rooms actually have dealers who seem like they want to chat or joke with players, not just deal cards and keep quiet. some rooms it's dead silent or just super formal, no energy at all. wondering if that's just the studio's rules, or is there some strategy behind making dealers engage? honestly i like it a bit more when they talk, feels less robotic and you can read a little vibe. anyone got insight on how or why studios decide that stuff?
