live baccarat stream froze right before third card and balance changed before video came back

I was in the middle of a live baccarat hand and right as they were about to deal the third card, the stream froze for maybe 15 seconds. When the feed came back, the cards were just sitting there and my balance had already changed like the hand was over before I even saw the final play out. I know technical glitches happen, but it’s a little shady when you don’t even get to see what you’re betting on finish out live.

I’m not saying anything fishy for sure, but it definitely doesn’t help the old trust levels. The dealer just started the next hand like nothing happened. Does this happen to other people, or am I just unlucky with my internet timing? Would you bother reporting it or is this just normal for these streams sometimes?
