studio stream choppy

Anyone else getting a lot of choppy video from the studio stream lately? I know it’s not my internet since other streams work fine, but with live dealer blackjack, that lag really throws off the rhythm. Sometimes it skips a few seconds or the video catches up all at once. Makes card counting basically pointless, not that I ever push it anyway.

It wouldn’t bother me as much if I just played slots or wheel games, but when you’re trying to watch the shoe and keep a feel for what’s coming, that choppiness kills the vibe. Wondering if it’s a studio side issue or maybe too many users logged in at peak hours. Anyone try lowering quality settings or messing with other fixes? Every time I think about switching, I remember how clunky some other studios are.
