Back to Live Dealer

How come I always join right before a crazy streak?

This month my timing on live tables has been bad.
I’ll watch 2 or 3 blackjack hands, take a seat, and the dealer starts pulling 20s and blackjacks for 8 or 9 rounds.
It’s happened enough times that I notice it as soon as I join.
Roulette too, I sat down and saw 7 red, 9 odd, then 6 low in a row.
I know streaks happen, but it’s annoying when they start right after I get there, not 10 minutes before.
Then I leave and the table seems to settle down again (or maybe I’m just noticing it more).
Any suggestions for getting past that feeling like I’ve joined at the worst time?
Has anyone tried watching 10 or 15 results first, or does that just mess with your head more?

Watching 15 results first just gives the shoe a head start on you.

yeah its easier to remember the streak once youre in the seat, the hands you watched before dont stick the same way. watching longer never helped me much either, just gave me more patterns to worry about and then i was still sitting there thinking about it anyway
