why do some online casinos have completely different game libraries by region.

i've noticed some sites have way more slot choices or live tables depending on where you log in from, and it gets pretty annoying. in some cases i even saw games disappear or new ones pop up just by toggling vpn regions, which feels wild. i don’t get why it matters if it’s all just digital, aren’t these games coded to run anywhere? i’ve always been more into poker and live dealer stuff, but the difference in variety seems like it would mess with anyone who likes grinding slots for comps or using specific strategies.
