what online casino actually has the best game selection not just slots?

i know everyone hypes up slots but sometimes i just want to mess around with table games or maybe try some new live dealer stuff. every site i look at seems like they shove the same 20 blackjack and roulette tables at you and call it a day. feels like there's never much variety, especially for things like poker variations or anything outside the usual.

just curious if anyone's found a place that actually has a deeper mix. not looking for endless scrolling through reskinned slots, i want legit different games. also would be cool if they had some oddball stuff like sic bo, craps, or maybe some decent video poker.
