best online casino in the UK right now that is actually worth using?

I bounce between sites more than a bad beat on the river, and honestly I’m struggling to lock down one UK casino that feels like the full package. I want something that isn't all flashy banners and “exclusive” offers that fizzle out faster than a penny slot spin. Most places shove promos at you then make you jump through more hoops than a circus dog to get anything out of it.

What I actually want, decent rakeback, promos that aren’t just smoke and mirrors, a poker room with more action than tumbleweeds, and slots that don’t feel like they’re set to “hoover mode” all night. I’m not that fussed about super-fancy graphics or endless VIP ladders that never go anywhere. Fast withdrawals and not getting smacked with random verification holds are also big for me. Table game variety is a plus, but if the poker tables are dead, what’s the point?

Anyone got a solid rec or some horror stories about where NOT to play? Figure I’ll ask before I end up signing up and regretting it after my third deposit vanishes into the digital ether.
