withdrawal email never came?

i put in a withdrawal on monday and still haven't gotten the confirmation email they usually send. normally, it's almost instant, maybe ten minutes max. i checked spam and promo folders, nothing there either. account is verified and i've never had issues before. kind of weird since the money is still showing as pending too. i know sometimes these sites get a little overloaded, but even then i expect at least some kind of notice or acknowledgment.

is anyone else seeing weird delays lately? i only made one small sports bet this week, so it’s not like i triggered anything high risk. i haven't changed my email or anything. figured maybe support is just slower because of the volume but it feels off.

Yeah, that combo is the tell: no confirmation email plus pending just sitting there means their withdrawal queue is jammed or support is asleep, not that your one tiny bet “triggered” anything. I’ve had this exact thing happen and the email showed up after the cash moved, which is pretty ridiculous!!!

Support being asleep doesnt explain the email part lol. On a lot of crypto casinos that message is automated off the withdrawal trigger, not some guy at a desk, so if its missing i side-eye their backend or a risk flag way before i blame nap time, but sure lmao

Honestly the “it was only one small sports bet” part means basically nothing. I’ve had tiny cashouts get stuck while bigger ones flew through, because these casino/sportsbook ops love bragging about speed in reviews and then their payout system wheezes the second real traffic hits, sooo yeah, not buying the “volume” excuse.

Yeah this feels less like “volume” and more like their mailer just ate dirt lol. I had this once after a live dealer baccarat session, withdrawal sat pending and the usual email NEVER showed, then support acted like the request existed and didn’t exist at the same time lmao. Money landed like a day later with zero notice, which somehow annoyed me more. If the pending status is still there, i’d be staring at the cashier log not my inbox, that’s the real tell imo. Sports bet, live dealer, whatever, when the email goes missing i start assuming their backend is held together with TAPE and vibes lol
