withdrawal email never came?

i put in a withdrawal on monday and still haven't gotten the confirmation email they usually send. normally, it's almost instant, maybe ten minutes max. i checked spam and promo folders, nothing there either. account is verified and i've never had issues before. kind of weird since the money is still showing as pending too. i know sometimes these sites get a little overloaded, but even then i expect at least some kind of notice or acknowledgment.

is anyone else seeing weird delays lately? i only made one small sports bet this week, so it’s not like i triggered anything high risk. i haven't changed my email or anything. figured maybe support is just slower because of the volume but it feels off.
