For me, it’s mostly the overall experience. I like platforms that have a decent game selection, a clean interface, and simple navigation. If the site feels confusing, I usually lose interest pretty fast.

Mostly reliability. On crypto casinos, fancy UI means nothing if cashouts drag. The cleanest sites still pull manual reviews.

Eh, clean interface is nice for about ten minutes, then who cares. What keeps me is whether the promos are straight or the usual bait. If a place waves a “200% match” around and buries a 50x rollover on slots nobody plays, i'm already halfway out the door. Same with those little reloads that show up for a week then vanish once you deposit regular, real sneaky and tbh really common now. I’ll put up with an ugly menu if the bonus terms are posted plain and they don’t keep changing what counts, i’ve stayed on clunky sites just for that. People act like smooth design means good casino, nah, sometimes it just means they spent money on buttons instead of giving a fair promo worth using

The one that gets me is when the terms look clean till you hit the blackjack line and suddenly it’s 0% contribution or some dumb max bet clause, whole bonus turns fake real fast!!! Did that site you stuck with actually let blackjack clear anything decent or was it one of those "eligible games" jokes
