Online casinos that actually have playable tournaments and competitions

i keep hearing about these casino sites running tournaments or leaderboard competitions but whenever i check them out, it's like three players and the rest are bots or the structure is just broken. i usually just end up back at poker rooms because at least there the format makes sense and you know if you're outplayed or not. for anyone here who likes a real contest, have you found any online casino that runs tournaments that actually fill up, or has legit competitive play with reasonable odds? or is this just not a thing outside of poker and maybe sports pools?
