Online poker beatability

hi guys

been thinking of putting some money back on online poker and i'm stuck on this now

i used to do ok at low stakes, nothing big, just enough where it seemed beatable if you played solid

but i jumped in again and the pool looks way tougher, even at nl10 and small buy in mtts...

does this still have enough bad players in it to grind up from a couple hundred or did solvers just flatten it all out?

i'm not trying to punt off 300 for no reason!

what should i be looking at now, cash or mtts (for online)
