Do you stick with the same numbers all session?

if i’m sitting at roulette for a bit, i end up getting into a groove with certain numbers and it feels weird to swap them mid-session. maybe it’s just routine or habit but i honestly trust the process more than trying to chase some “hot” number. a couple of guys at my table last week kept jumping all over the wheel chasing every winner but i can’t tell if that’s actually better. feels more random to me than just sticking to what i picked. do you switch up your numbers while playing, or do you always stick to the same set through the whole session?
