stake sweet bonanza replay shows 200x but balance only moved like half that

so i was spinning sweet bonanza earlier and hit what should’ve been a decent win, the replay shows a 200x win and all the animations flash like it’s a big one, but my balance only went up about half what i expected. went back and checked the numbers but they look right on the replay, just not in my account history. i always double check stuff like this, and i’ve got screenshots. kinda makes me nervous dropping bigger bets when the actual payout doesn’t match what’s on the replay.

has anyone had something like this? i’m used to some small differences because of rounding or when you use bonus funds, but this seems way off. before i go to support, is there a step i’m missing or some weird rule with feature buys or split stakes?
