slow crypto payout

been waiting almost 36 hours now for a withdrawal to hit my crypto wallet, supposed to be instant but here i am still refreshing. usually it’s been 10-15 minutes tops, maybe an hour on a busy day. i know blockchain sometimes drags but i checked the tx id and it doesn’t even show up, so i’m not sure it’s on-chain yet. support just says “escalating to our team” which i’ve heard before and never really means anything gets sped up.

i try to play mostly blackjack with live dealers since i’ve had better luck and vibes there, but delays like this kill my trust. only asking for a mid three-figure cashout, not anything wild. starting to wonder if anyone else has noticed slower times lately or if i’m just unlucky this week. has anyone had better luck with their payouts or is this the new normal with crypto sites now?
