underdog line moved fast

yeah i get that sharp money moves the underdog line fast sometimes, maybe that’s smart money or big syndicates sniffing value, and sure, you see that and you want to jump on before it goes back. i’ve been told a quick move means the edge is already gone, but sometimes it just keeps drifting, like the herd keeps overreacting. tried chasing that once, it worked but i think it was just dumb luck

not convinced there’s always some magic behind it though. could be just a random rumor, injury buzz, or some huge whale dumping action. a lot of the time it feels like just getting caught in the middle if you’re too late, price moved and now you’re guessing. anyone else here actually had any success reading those rapid underdog moves, or is it just noise more often than not?
