Yeah I’ve had it, and every time they say “provider” I assume the casino’s back office is moving like wet cement. Weird part, my Live Dealer cashouts used to clear faster than a slot hit half the size, same docs, same day!!! That “big win” flag slows everything right down, nasty stuff

Had a boost token lined up for a baseball game, odds looked decent so I went for it, but right before I hit place bet the odds dropped a bit and the token just straight up disappeared from my slip. Didn’t use it on anything else and it’s not in my account now. Tried reloading, logging in and out, nothing. Super annoying since I was holding off all day to use it on this matchup. Anyone else had their boost token vanish after odds switched last minute? Does this usually mean it’s just gone for good, or does it sometimes show back up later? Not sure if I should bother waiting it out or just assume it’s lost and move on. Anyone get customer support to actually help with this?

The "stuck as dealer on a bad streak" part gets blamed way too much, honestly. In our games the swing came from dumb rule drift, not the chair. Pick one sheet, dealer stands on 17, no weird mid-hand exceptions, rotate every shoe or every 20 hands and quit fiddling. Same reason live dealer stuff feels cleaner than a home game, less freelancing!!! Single deck is fine, just don't keep changing rules because somebody got clipped twice
Not really. If a Live Dealer room's barely licensed and the mobile play stinks, those "reviews" are just decor.
"old-school clunky UIs" yeah nobody prefers that, Live Dealer figured out clean screens years ago, books act allergic to it!!!
