does only playing basic strategy make bonus review more likely

been messing around with a few casino bonuses lately, just sticking to basic blackjack strategy and keeping bet sizes flat. someone told me the sites keep an eye out for that, like if you never make weird bets or play hunches, they flag your account for review or slower payouts, maybe even voiding the bonus if they think you’re a bonus abuser.

does that actually happen in real life though? i get that if you’re card counting or doing crazy bet spread stuff, that’s a red flag. but just playing perfect basic, not going off script, can that really be enough to get them watching you harder? feels weird if just playing smart and not gambling like a wild person counts against you.

anyone ever have a payout delayed or bonus denied just from playing "too by the book"?

Nah lol. I played flat basic blackjack for months, nothing.

I don’t think basic strategy alone would normally be enough to trigger a review. Casinos are more likely to look at things like bonus terms, betting patterns, multiple accounts, or other signs of bonus abuse. Playing blackjack consistently and sticking to basic strategy shouldn’t automatically mean you’re doing anything wrong.

Flat bets are the thing, not "perfect" play. Roulette grinders get the same slow review crap.

Maybe, but bet365 roulette is a bad example with those stream interruptions. Crypto casinos seem touchier about flat betting than basic play.

Basic strategy is just the mathematically sound way to play blackjack. If a casino considers that alone to be bonus abuse, I'd expect them to say so explicitly in the terms. I've compared promotions on Gamdom and Bet365 and haven't seen that.

Bet365 roulette lag is worse anyway
