Blackjack switch good?
Been eyeing blackjack switch lately and trying to weigh out if it’s actually worth the hype or just another gimmick version that chips away at bankroll long-term. I get that swapping the top cards between two hands is supposed to shift the edge a little more in the player’s favor, but I keep running into tables with that dealer 22 push rule. That seems to erase any edge the switching could give, but I haven’t run the numbers myself yet. Wonder if it’s better than classic for someone playing by the book.
Most of my action is on live dealer tables where the rules sometimes differ from casino to casino. Feels like the house keeps stacking new rules to keep things balanced. Curious how others factor in risk and reward on this one or if you end up sticking to standard blackjack. Would love to hear experiences, especially anyone who tracks hands or keeps session logs. Always looking to optimize.
