seat auto left me
Last night I was playing some live blackjack and got hit with the seat auto left message. Didn’t even take a bathroom break, just sat a bit too long thinking on one hand, then poof - I’m out and someone else snapped up my spot. Totally threw off my rhythm. I was just settling into a nice little win streak too. I know these tables want to keep things moving but sometimes you need a minute to actually consider your hand, especially when the count gets interesting and you’re not just doing brainless basic moves.
Curious how you guys handle that whole timer situation. I get that it keeps the game flowing, but at a real table there’s some actual patience for decision time. At least enough for a sip of coffee. Is it just about always moving quick or are there ways around getting booted when you’re thinking on a big hand? Just not a fan of having to rush key decisions, makes the online version feel like it’s stacked for speed over structure. Sometimes that calm is where my best calls come from.
