how many hands do you usually play before calling it?

ive been trying to set a limit instead of just sitting there till i feel cooked. i usually get through about 100 hands at a decent pace, more if its live dealer and the table is moving slow. how many hands do you usually play before calling it, and do you decide that before you start?

not talking about one bad shoe and leaving, just a normal session where your bankroll is still fine. what would you use as a stopping point if youre trying to stay disciplined and not drift into extra play?

i know some people go by time, but the hand count seems easier to stick to when the pace changes. whats the usual range people here play? thank you
