6:5 payout tables should be illegal and I’m only half joking.

Every time I walk up to a blackjack table now its another 6:5 sign stuck on it like theyre trying to sneak it past people, and yeah I know house edge blah blah but this one just annoys me more than the usual bad rules. I don't even mind paying for a seat if I know what I'm getting, but blackjack paying wrong on a natural is just dumb. Anyone know if casinos can just make every low limit table 6:5 now or are there places that still make them keep some 3:2 tables on the floor because around me the $15 ones are turning into trash fast

online tables been 6:5 for yrs, thats where i play now, the floor can keep the TRASH

Wait you stick with 6:5 online? I just close the tab and find a 3:2 table, takes like two seconds... Why stay?

I don’t know of a general rule making casinos keep 3:2 tables, it depends on what the jurisdiction allows, so a whole floor can be 6:5.

On a $10 natural, 6:5 pays $12 and 3:2 pays $15, I treat that posted payout as part of the table price.

They can set any rules they want. Nobody's forcing 3:2 on the cheap tables anymore.
