anyone actually win consistently at online blackjack or is it all RNG

Seems like every blackjack thread has people swearing they beat online games all the time, but I've played more hands than I can count and I feel like the RNG just eats me alive most days. I get that the live dealer tables should be fair, and the dealers sometimes actually mess up or show some humanity, but with pure RNG software blackjack, my losing streaks run longer than anything I’d see in person. Maybe it’s just bad luck, but the pattern is hard to ignore.

I try to keep my bets small and my head clear, not tilt, follow the book and all that, but honestly I almost never hear from people showing consistent withdrawals off digital blackjack, only the crazy big wins that feel like lottery moments. Anyone here got some actual routine or strategy working for them long term, or is this just one of those grind-it-out-and-hope games? My hunch is you gotta mix in other games to ride out the variance, but always interested in stories from the grinders.
