Anyone here actually profitable long term with blackjack online?

So I’ve been grinding live dealer blackjack online for a while, treating it kinda like a side hustle between poker sessions. I stick to basic strategy and keep my bet sizes disciplined, but honestly, I haven’t managed to show real profit if I look at the last six months. I’m curious if anyone else here has cracked the code or found a sustainable edge beyond just hot streaks. With the shuffle machines and no way to count like in a brick-and-mortar, it just feels like the odds eat away whatever progress I make.

Sometimes I hear about folks getting in with promos or using weird side bets, but every time I look at the numbers, it seems like long-term profit is smoke and mirrors unless you’re playing in specific situations. Not looking for pie-in-the-sky stories about massive runs, just wondering if it’s even possible to get ahead or if I’m better off putting all that effort back into poker where I at least know my edge is real.
