best bonus if you want customer support that actually explains clearing math?

So here's where I'm stuck lately. Most promos have flashy banners but when you want to figure out the actual math for clearing a bonus, support just repeats the T&Cs. Like, I've played enough slots to get the whole wagering thing, but when I ask “how do partial game contributions work if it’s not slots or if I do mixed stakes?” they just say read the chart.

I know some people just grin and bear it, but I want a bonus with real support if possible, not just someone copying templates at me. Not everyone’s after the highest percentage or the lowest WR - sometimes just clear explanations are worth more than an extra tenner, you know? Especially if you switch between games like I do. I guess I’m asking if anyone has actually found a spot with a human who’ll talk through the numbers with you, not just push you back to their FAQ. I’m willing to give up some percentage points on the promo if it means I don’t have to double guess how each wager is working.
