Wagering on live games?

Does anybody actually make use of live game wagering for meeting bonus requirements, or is that just bait? I know some promos technically say you can, but seems like the odds get even worse than usual with live in-play. At least with blackjack or video poker, I know my edge and can plan around it. When it’s live, the lines jump around, the odds change, and I’m never sure I’m getting good value - feels kind of like I’m just chasing losses if I get caught up in the moment.

Have any of you actually managed to clear bonuses or turn a profit mostly through live betting? I’d rather not waste time with a method that’s a clear loser in the long run, but maybe I’m missing some tricks. What’s the play here - just ignore live wagering for promos, or is there a way to do it smart?

Nah, live wagering for rollover is mostly trash, but the part people miss is Live Dealer isn’t the same kind of trash as in-play sports lol. With live roulette you at least know the bet before the spin. Problem is the software. I’ve had dumb disconnects mid-session and suddenly your “plan” is cooked. That’s the killer, not some secret edge.

The software isn't even my top headache rn, it's the way crypto casinos bury the decent live tables under ten miles of clown stuff and that cursed wheel of fortune junk that barely works on mobile. I tried clearing a bonus on break at work and spent more time lost in the live lobby than actually wagering, felt so cheap!!!

software's half the mess. on crypto casinos the real knife is live roulette counting 5% while vip tables want stupid mins, yesss lovely.

live wagering for rollover is bait. same bucket as wheel of fortune nonsense and bet365 roulette tweaks: moving lines, sudden rule changes, your stake gets chewed up fast

dead on till ppl pretend promos make it fine. rollover on twitchy live lines is just paying extra for the panic button

What gets me with live stuff isnt even the line jumps, it's the dumb little delay where you click, then it hangs, then boom different number. Thats enough for me, lmao. For rollover I want boring as hell, pregame, set it and leave it alone. Live betting turns dudes into button mashers, they start "hedge bet" this, chase that, and now they're watching a random tuesday 2nd quarter like it's rent money. Noooo thanks. Poker at least you can sit there and be patient, live books kinda punish patience by design lol
