ducky luck $100 no deposit bonus, anyone got it to work?

Saw the $100 no deposit thing getting hyped on a couple other forums, but I keep running into issues when I try to claim it. Made a new account, verified my email, but the bonus either never shows up or there's some message about geo restrictions. I even cleared my cookies, tried a VPN, and nothing changes.

Is this just a location thing or is there some weird hidden step to get the bonus to show up? If anyone actually managed to get it working, what did you do differently?
