leaderboard score lag

Has anyone else noticed the leaderboard scores not updating in real time during promos? I’m playing most nights but my points sometimes stay the same for hours. Last week, I was 4th place after a long blackjack run and when I checked later, I’d dropped to 9th but my own score looked unchanged for ages before suddenly jumping way up. I kept thinking I’d busted the tracker somehow, but then the updates came in one huge chunk. Not gonna lie, it throws off my strategy and makes it hard to know when to push or take a break.

Sometimes I wonder if everyone gets the same lag or if it’s just on my end. Is it better to trust what you see, or do you just keep grinding and hope the numbers catch up? Anyone got a method for timing their play around these weird delays?
