BC.Game has so many different rewards going on

I’ve been looking through BC.Game the last few days and there seem to be 5 or 6 rewards going at once. Daily reward, level progress, reload offers, cashback, event promos, that kind of thing. I mainly play blackjack, and I can’t tell what adds anything over 200 to 300 hands, especially without keeping track of each offer. I’m not signing up for every promo just because it’s there. Do you track them separately, or focus on one or two you understand? Thoughts on all the overlapping offers, do they help at all or just distract from playing calmly?
