Do Bet365’s acca insurance offers ever pay off?

I get these acca insurance offers on Bet365 and I never know if theyre worth bothering with

Can I use them in a way that makes any sense or is it mostly just there to get you on bigger accas

What are the usual catches with them, like min odds and legs where one loser gets refunded (if that even pays back as bonus not cash)

I do a few 4 or 5 fold bets and no worries but I cant tell if anyone really gets much back from these
