Bally Bet Review?

I keep coming across Bally Bet and I am trying to figure out if it is actually worth using or not. I have tried a couple of other sportsbooks before, but this one does not seem to get talked about as much, which makes me a bit unsure.

If anyone here has used it, how does it feel compared to other apps? Is it easy to navigate or does it take time to get used to? I care a lot about whether bets settle properly and if withdrawals are smooth without any weird delays. That is usually where things go wrong with some apps.

I am also curious about the promos. Are they actually useful or just the kind that look good at first but are hard to use in reality?

Not looking for anything perfect, just something reliable and not frustrating to deal with. Would really appreciate hearing how it has been for others.
