best reviewed sportsbook for finding actually honest criticism

I know a few spots are supposed to be trusted, but they start blending together and you barely see anyone mention what went wrong. Has anyone found a site or a review channel where users call out the bad alongside the good? Looking to see honest criticism, even if it’s about stuff like bonus abuse investigations or how support handles slow rolls. At this point, negative comments are more useful to me than “incredible sign-up offer.”
