sportsbook review after getting weird bet delays on tennis and table tennis

Was placing bets on live tennis and table tennis lately and started noticing some weird lag every time I tried to confirm my picks. Sometimes the odds would shift while my bet was "processing," which basically killed my edge. Got burned a few times where the odds changed just as I submitted and I couldn’t cash out for what I wanted. Happens on both desktop and mobile, so it's not just my connection.

Anyone else run into these delays with in-play bets for these sports? Wondering if it's just overloaded servers or if they’re delaying on purpose because of sharp action or something. How do you guys handle this or do you just avoid live bets on these altogether?
