does a good review even matter if support only answers with copy paste

So I was reading through some glowing reviews for a spot and honestly felt tempted, but then noticed a few folks saying support just sends canned replies. That throws me off way more than a bad bonus ever would. If I get stuck, especially in the middle of a poker hand or fighting with a withdrawal, I want an actual answer, not some copy-paste “thank you for your patience” thing. I’ve been around enough to know nothing goes truly smooth all the time, even at places with good promos.

I’m starting to weigh those negative bits in the reviews more heavily now. Like, I can handle a clunky interface or a mediocre offer, but weak support can make everything way harder than it needs to be. Has anyone else started ignoring the star ratings and just searching for “support” in reviews? Seems like the make-or-break for me these days.

Yesss, I absolutely search “support” first now, especially with crypto casinos, because a 4.8 rating means nothing if the second you mention a stuck cashout they start pasting from a script. My blunt rule: canned support usually shows up right next to limited withdrawal options, and that combo is the real review, not the stars. I had one place freeze mid-verification, then send me the same “your case is being reviewed” line for 3 days straight lolll. Tiny win was I only tested with a small deposit first. Since then, support comments tell me more than promos ever do.
