draftkings review after geolocation worked for sports but failed in casino.

so i’ve had the odd geolocation snag before but this one’s weird. logged in to place some bets on baseball - sportsbook geolocation went smooth, bets placed, no drama. then thought i’d try a spin on roulette and suddenly, casino geolocation error. tried clearing cache, different browser, same thing. support gave me some copy-paste basics, but sports side kept working so i know my location’s fine.

really threw off my session, especially with a bit of momentum on the sports. feels odd when one section works and the other doesn’t - like it’s the same platform but the rules suddenly change. anyone else had this glitch lately? any ideas beyond the support script?

Live Dealer was the thing that kept choking for me while MLB bets went through like nothing, which is such cheap clown wiring. Had to jump off home wifi to hotspot once and it magically behaved.

Yeah, i've seen that split before and it's usually because the casino side is bolted onto a different compliance stack than sportsbook, not because your pin magically moved lol. Sportsbook can pass and casino still choke if some dumb virtual adapter is sitting there, vmware, old nord tap driver, even disabled hamachi junk. I had it on my windows box, deleted 3 ghost adapters in device manager, rebooted, casino started working. Support NEVER says that part lmao. This is why crypto casinos got traction in the first place, less of this stitched-together nonsense. Draftkings feels like 2 apps wearing one jacket sometimes, and the casino half is the one tripping over its own sleeves.

Yeah I’ve had that split before and it always seems to happen right when there’s some casino promo or odds boost dangling, sportsbook lets you in, casino suddenly acts precious. That part annoys me more than the geo error, like funny how your money is located until the bonus side shows up

What gets me is when the online casino side suddenly wants fresh KYC like it forgot my face in 20 minutes. Had DK do that after a Mets bet once and I just laughed, took a screenshot, and walked. Classic.
