app crash review

so i’ve been using this one casino app for a bit, mainly for roulette since i can play a couple quick spins during work breaks. lately it keeps freezing on me, especially right after i win a half decent amount or hit a promo round. it’s not just lag either, the whole thing just crashes and i have to reload and log back in. sometimes my balance updates, sometimes not right away. real buzzkill since i like keeping things moving and tracking my streaks.

i try to stick to routine - log in, make a couple bets, get out before getting greedy. but this is messing with the flow and makes me paranoid i’ll lose track or something weird with payouts will happen. anyone else running into this? got any tips for backup habits when the app acts up? i feel like if you start chasing bugs instead of bets, you break your own streaks more than the house does.
