Caesars document review slow

I swear, I sent in my docs for a withdrawal like a week ago and it’s just radio silence from their side. You’d think I was asking them to hand over the crown jewels, not just my own cash. All the paperwork is the usual selfie, ID, and utility bill. I double-checked everything because I’ve got trust issues after one too many payout fiascos and it’s all clear and readable, but still nothing back. Anyone else lately get stuck in limbo with their docs? I get that KYC stuff is important but dang, most places at least let you know they got your stuff and maybe when it’ll get looked at. Feels like every other casino or sportsbook I’ve dealt with doesn’t drag this out unless they’re searching for a reason to hold up payment. Maybe they’re just slow right now, or maybe I’m paranoid. Still, the waiting game is more stressful than a double down on an 11 and seeing the dealer flip a six.

bc.game bonus chest opened but reward never hit wallet.

Cracked open one of those bonus chests earlier, got the big confetti and “congrats” moment, but the actual reward hasn’t landed in my wallet. I even refreshed like a madman and checked my history twice, just in case I was being dense. Nothing showed up except my last blackjack loss, which honestly feels like a feature at this point. Am I missing some sneaky fine print here, or is there a weird delay with crypto rewards sometimes? Anyone else get the “you win!” message and then - crickets? Trying to figure out if this is normal or if I just got ghosted by a digital loot box.

Dealer misread hand?

Had a wild moment last night at my usual spot - dealer did the whole dramatic reveal thing and just started scooping everyone’s chips, but I swear my hand was a push. She flipped over her cards, counted wrong, and before I could even do a double take the chips were gone. I caught it, flagged her down, pit boss came over and things got real awkward for a few minutes. Felt like I was the only one who even noticed. Not the first time I’ve seen a dealer do a quick hand misread but this one was extra sloppy. Wondering how often other folks run into this. Would you just let it go or always call it out?

lobby says open table full

Anyone else run into this thing where you click on a "free" blackjack table, says it's open in the lobby, but then when you get in, every seat is taken? I end up staring at some dude's 12 against a 6 forever, waiting for him to decide. Tried refreshing a bunch but just keeps tossing me into full tables even though it shows spots. Not sure if it's a glitch or if I'm just unlucky with the timing. Is there some trick to actually finding a real open seat on these live dealer tables?
