live casino says my dream catcher round needs review but only after multiplier hit

Was playing a session last night, got on Dream Catcher just for a break from roulette. Placed my usual bets, nothing huge, but a 20x multiplier landed then right after, my screen pops up with “Round under review.” It only showed up after the wheel stopped, not during the spin or anything. Never seen them freeze a round right when things start getting interesting, especially when a decent multiplier hits.

Anyone else get this recently? I stay pretty calm with these things but it’s a pain not knowing if they’re gonna void the round, pay out, or what. Just hoping it’s not a regular thing now or some new pattern when big wins come up. Curious how long I should expect to wait or if it’s just a glitch.
