Dream catcher payout wrong?

so i hit the 40x on dream catcher with a 5 stake and the payout looked off to me. unless i’m missing something, it should’ve been way higher than what i got. i thought it would just be 5 times 40 but the credited amount was less, almost like they deducted a fee or the wheel lagged. i double-checked my bet slip and it all looked good there.

has anyone seen the payout not match the wheel multiplier before? tried asking support but just got a generic answer that payouts are “automatic.” kind of bugs me since i’ve been tracking every spin for a while for my stats and this is the first time the numbers haven’t lined up. maybe there’s a hidden rule i don’t know?

Yeah nah, “automatic” from support is the biggest clown line in gambling lol. I’ve had live game payouts get graded weird the same way books misgrade player props in sports betting, then act like the system is god. On Dream Catcher the only “hidden rule” half the time is their UI being dogshit and not showing clearly what actually got multiplied. If the wheel hit 40 with a 40x and they paid you like a normal 40, that’s just wrong, plain and simple lmao.

Nah, the part bugging me is everyone acting like “paid like a normal 40” proves anything. On Dream Catcher a 40 with a 40x is 1600:1, and on crypto casinos the history tab splits that bonus crap weird, I’ve seen Evolution logs look half missing at first glance and yeah, support still useless

seen this before, and the boring answer is usually the right one: you were looking at net win, not total return. i made the same mistake once tracking a crypto casino session and thought they skimmed me on a 10 segment. if you staked 5 on 40, the gross is 200, but a lot of these games show it as 195 because your 5 was already committed and they only credit the profit line separate. not a hidden rule, just bad display language, same kind of sloppy wording these wheel games always have.
