Dream catcher payout wrong?

so i hit the 40x on dream catcher with a 5 stake and the payout looked off to me. unless i’m missing something, it should’ve been way higher than what i got. i thought it would just be 5 times 40 but the credited amount was less, almost like they deducted a fee or the wheel lagged. i double-checked my bet slip and it all looked good there.

has anyone seen the payout not match the wheel multiplier before? tried asking support but just got a generic answer that payouts are “automatic.” kind of bugs me since i’ve been tracking every spin for a while for my stats and this is the first time the numbers haven’t lined up. maybe there’s a hidden rule i don’t know?
