Caesars document review slow

I swear, I sent in my docs for a withdrawal like a week ago and it’s just radio silence from their side. You’d think I was asking them to hand over the crown jewels, not just my own cash. All the paperwork is the usual selfie, ID, and utility bill. I double-checked everything because I’ve got trust issues after one too many payout fiascos and it’s all clear and readable, but still nothing back.

Anyone else lately get stuck in limbo with their docs? I get that KYC stuff is important but dang, most places at least let you know they got your stuff and maybe when it’ll get looked at. Feels like every other casino or sportsbook I’ve dealt with doesn’t drag this out unless they’re searching for a reason to hold up payment. Maybe they’re just slow right now, or maybe I’m paranoid. Still, the waiting game is more stressful than a double down on an 11 and seeing the dealer flip a six.
