BetOnline kyc review

I’m trying to figure out if this site’s KYC is always such a drag or if it’s just been bad luck on my side. Sent in my docs for the first time and it’s been a week, still stuck in pending. Their FAQ makes it sound like it should be handled in a day or two. I keep getting generic emails with no specifics about what the holdup is. Feels like if you’re going to require it, at least tell people where the snag is.

Anyone else go through this recently? I’m used to some delay, but this seems excessive compared to most casinos and sportsbooks I’ve tried. Does resubmitting docs help, or is it better to just wait it out and hope it gets reviewed soon? Curious if there’s a trick to moving it along or if I should prepare for a long haul.
