Caesars asking extra kyc after 3 months of deposits and one decent cashout

so after a handful of deposits spread over months with no issues, i cash out a mid-four-figure win and now caesars is asking for a video selfie and way more kyc than before. first i just had to do the usual docs and proof of address, but now it's like a full-on interrogation. i get that big withdrawals flag things but why wait till now after letting me play for ages? has anyone gotten through this extra round of kyc cleanly or is this just a slow-walk toward not paying out?

Blackjack did it to me too. I dragged my feet on the video selfie and that was my mistake, but they still paid after acting like TSA with a vendetta.

nah its not blackjack magic i screwed up a bonus once and caesars hit me after the cashout too i did get paid just took forever rn

It's the timing that stings. They'll let Roulette spins roll for months, then care once you win. I hate that because yeah, they usually pay.

The timing definitely makes it feel worse. Deposits go through without a problem, then the extra checks only appear when it's time to cash out. I've heard similar stories from players on Gamdom and Caesars.
