this one threw me off big time. had jacks on the button, big stack, get it all-in after the turn, then the site lags and kicks me out. when i finally reconnect the river card is out, hand is over, and chips shipped to villain. no replay option, nothing in hand history for that last action. not my first tech issue with online sites, but usually stuff like this gets auto-paused or something. just feels wrong not seeing the whole showdown. anyone else dealt with this? how do you prove what really happened if support just shrugs?
